As part of a cooperative effort with The Eagle Institute, Highland Renaissance, Town of Highland, the Kiwanis Club of Minisink Valley, among others, W Design helped to create the Eagle Observation Blind along the Delaware River in Minisink Ford, NY.

The goal was to create a safe and educational environment where visitors can watch the American Bald Eagles that fly along the river corridor. W Design developed an educational exhibit with the help of Lori McKean of The Eagle Insitute and writer Carol Roig of Barryville, NY to assist visitors in understanding their surroundings and encouraging them to help protect the river and the region. Interpretive signage was created to guide visitors on the features of the blind and proper etiquette for responsibly observing these striking creatures. Some discussion has been made that a second blind may be developed in the near future.
